Privacy

This notice explains how FORM CASE LLC, operating as FORM / CASE, handles information when you browse shopformcase.com, place an order, or contact us.

Information we use

Your shopping bag is saved in this browser using local storage. When you check out, Stripe collects payment and delivery information. We receive order details, name, email, shipping address, payment status and identifiers, and a phone number if provided. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Support messages and photos you choose to send are also used to help with your request.

Why and with whom

We use this information to take payment, review and fulfill orders, send service emails, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records. Stripe processes payments. Our production partners and shipping carriers receive the details needed to make and deliver your order. Railway hosts the store and its private records and backups. Resend delivers our service, email-verification and opted-in marketing emails. Our support address forwards messages through our email providers to our support inbox. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Product images are loaded from our production partner image service, which receives ordinary connection information when your browser requests those images. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for delivery, security and fraud prevention.

Browser storage and advertising

We use local storage to remember your bag. When optional advertising measurement is enabled, we ask before using it. Choosing Allow measurement permits us to send Meta and OpenAI a completed purchase event containing the order value, currency, an order reference, a unique event identifier, and a hashed version of your email address. Hashing does not make an email anonymous: these providers may match it to an account. We also retain approved campaign tags and, when available, the OpenAI ad-click reference so we can compare our ads. We send events from our server after payment is confirmed; we do not load Meta or OpenAI advertising scripts in your browser. OpenAI events are marked to opt out of future user-level personalization. Previous consent covering Meta alone does not authorize OpenAI measurement; we ask for a new choice. Declining does not affect shopping or order service emails. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal and do not enable optional measurement when it is present.

Use Privacy choices in the footer, when measurement is enabled, to change your choice for future checkouts. A change does not recall information already sent or change a checkout you already opened. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days, and campaign tags and ad-click references are used for attribution for up to 30 days; saved browser data remains until replaced or cleared. Clearing site data also removes the saved browser choice. Stripe's checkout may use its own cookies and security technologies. We do not use support details to enroll you in marketing. Contact us with requests concerning information previously shared. Meta's privacy policy and the OpenAI privacy policy explain their use of information.

Optional email signup and welcome offer

When you choose to join our email list, we use your email address to send a verification code and, after verification, FORM / CASE news, new collections and offers. We keep signup and consent records, verification and delivery records, and offer eligibility and redemption records to honor your choices and limit the first-order offer to one use per customer. We may compare your verified email with previous orders. Signup is optional and is separate from advertising measurement.

A secure, HTTP-only cookie remembers your verified welcome-offer session on this browser. Browser session storage remembers when you dismiss the signup. Removing the offer from this browser clears its session; it does not unsubscribe you. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact hello@shopformcase.com to stop marketing. Order and other necessary service emails may continue. We retain consent and suppression records as needed to respect your preferences and prevent unwanted email.

Retention and your choices

We retain order and support records as needed to deliver orders, resolve issues, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. Private backup copies may remain for their retention period after an active record is removed. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for an outstanding order or legal obligation. We may verify your identity before responding.

Security and location

We restrict access to order information and use HTTPS. No online service can guarantee complete security. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
