What is the finish?

Tough and Tough Magnetic have a matte finish, with artwork printed across the outer shell. Flip Wallet has a vegan leather cover, card pockets, an elastic closure and a stand.

Does it work with magnetic accessories?

Tough Magnetic includes a built-in magnet module for magnetic accessories. Tough has no built-in magnets. Check the selected style and phone model for compatibility.

Can I order now?

Production is typically estimated at 2–5 business days before transit. Delays can extend these estimates.

Each case is made for the model you select. Please check the complete model name before ordering. We do not offer returns for a wrong phone model selected at checkout or a change of mind.

Damage or a manufacturing issue

Contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the problem so we can review a replacement or refund. Please keep the case and packaging while we review your claim. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply to you.
